Ok instead of banning the eye, rinnegan just ban the paths and the cannon tech for rinnegan and make the member's make custom path and ability

Sorry, can't do that.

The reason we can't do that is: Rinnegan, no matter what you mod it with, is godmod. Taking a path at all means taking another body, basically meaning you have to be killed twice. Also, Rinnegan controls life and death, so in any match where the Rinnegan enters the fray, it would be a one-sided battle.

If you read a little more closely, you'll find out what I mean. Because the Rinnegan controls life and death, it also allows you to take another body. That is what is referred to as a "path".

If you mean the jutsu that gives life back, you could ban that.


Also the rinnegan does not allow that, it allows the user 6 paths the user needs chakra rods those black metal rods sticking from their body which would link to the alive one the rinnegan just linked their eyes together

Rinnegan is banned and will always be banned. Even if you take out the 6 Paths you still have a person who can control all Chakra Affinities and has a God-Modding Dojutsu.
